Head seems to be more clear and I'm sleeping a little better after the first month of use. Yes I will continue to take it, just ordered my 2nd bottle.Update after 9 months of use. I had chronic fatigue for many years. 10 minuet walk would wipe me out for days. I'm now up to 45 min. walk a day with no fatigue . Most of my other health problem have improved as well.

Tried both single and recommended two capsule doses and results were the same in different intensity - the more taken = the worse the outcome. Brief surge of energy followed by lasting headache, listlessness, sleep more difficult that night thanon days prior to taking (always took in morning). Tried on 3 separate occasions, same results.It would be a BIG favor to consumers if reputable manufacturers like Thorne would make supplements available small trial sizes to determine suitability especially with expensive ones like this.
