This is an excellent product that improves your hair and nails. I have always had good nails, but this is amazing as far as strengthening them. You need to give it a try.

The ingredients are great, and every bottle is very consistent, and I don't notice any taste at all. I tolerate it very well, but I don't notice too much of a difference. My nails and hair do seem a little better, possibly my skin, but I haven't noticed much in terms of joint health, but I have a lot of problems there, lol. Overall, I'd say it's worth it.

good quality supplement to add to my diet since my joints seem to be aching more and we lose 10% collagen a year after age 30.....and at my age that amounts to quite a bit, helps with foot pain too
