Will it fit large and extra large eggs?

I'm don't know if it has been resigned (I used to remember it being thinner) but as of 2022 it definitely fits large eggs from the grocery store just fine. With some rattle room.

Why is 6 egg carton more expensive than 12 egg?

I don’t know I couldn’t understand that either I own both and paid a lot more for the small one. Same material looking and all.

Is the compartment for dozen eggs and half dozen the same size (will the same eggs fit both)? Feedback is inconsistent within reviews on fit.
