I bought this dash cam more than a year ago and it's the best dash cam and rear view camera all in one I ever experienced. You will not used a traditional rear view mirror again once used it. While my personal experienced with this cam is good and very fulfilling to my surprise there customer service is ever more satisfying . After more than a year my rear camera failed, still working but it keep flickering. I contacted customer service and there responds is very quick. They just ask me some detail regarding my issue and find out my rear camera need to be replace. So I ask them if it's possible to buy a new rear camera for my G840H coz my warranty is already over a year (expired).But there response is to send me a new set for free without any charges. I am really very happy that wolfbox company is very supportive with their customers, not just me for sure. That what I called real customer satisfaction experience. Thank you so much to wolfbox and to Amber the customer service that handled my case.

I researched a lot on all types of camera & finally decided to go with wolf box. To my surprise, there was a discounted sale & without wasting much time, I ordered the product & it works superbly. Good clarity & it’s a diy product. The customer service team is also supportive in answering my queries. I wanted the hardwire kit & they have asked me to order 1 & will reimburse the amount once it is delivered to me. Now that’s 💯 % customer satisfaction. The build quality & picture quality is also great.

Perfect product and great customer service, My Jeep got a lot of expensive accessories and this mirror camera recorder make me feel save to leave the car anywhere. Very good quality, amazing night view for rear camera

I am getting this error when i view my rear camera.. kindly help to fix it.. there's this multicolor lines displaying all over the mirror.. please provide an email so i can share the picture with you

I had a clock issue which is an hour less than our time zone gmc/utc+4, contacted wolf box support and suggested to update the firmware but to no avail. so i did the factory reset and it did update the clock however after few seconds it rebooted and continuously did non stop. No advise from the support team yet and it is frustrating

Muy muy buen producto, recomendado mas que la version G900, por alguna razon se ve mejor la foto y videos tomados con este que es de menor calidad se supone, pero lo que hace el otro es extender la imagen para tener mas resolucion y eso hace que se vea peor y solo pesen mas los archivos. lo recomiendo ampliamente. Ademas la app es muy buena te muestra el recorrido gps. Nota que vale 2500 pesos mexicanos, si esta mas alta esperen a que baje porque la he visto hasta en 3500 en la misma publicacion

It really is a great dashcam and backup up camera. The picture quality is amazing and when it's pitch black at night, the camera has a great viewing ability. Truly amazing. I had a friend yesterday after installing it that it looks like watching a movie. I know installing it is intimidating and I had a friend help me but it's worth saving $250-$400. Here are steps and what to look out for: 1.) Remove passenger side A arm, that was on my side on my ford f-150 2007 for the fuse box. 2.) Remove fuse panel and use a circuit tester to look for 10 and 15 amp rated fuses that are insignificant like hazards, cigarette lighter (don't tie into airbags, ecm, etc in case something went wrong). The yellow wire with the fuse is your constant power and the red wired fuse is your 12v. Test with key on and key off either side of the 2 holes on the fuse. Make sure to ground the black wire to a bolt near the fuse box because it can't be a painted surface for a good connection. Dashcam fits over the rear view mirror with straps or adhesive tape. 3.) Remove tailight on passenger or driver side, depending on your vehicle. Run other end of camera under the frame (mine was the frame due to bring a truck) with zip ties up until above the running board. Remove weather stripping rubber next to seat and floor of front seat. Poke hole where wire junction is in the rubber to feed wiring up into the car/truck. (Easier than removing interior floor board). Run up A arm and tuck behind visor. *Don't run into hole by foot pdeals for 2 reasons. There is a hot exhaust manifold and there is barely enough length of wiring*. 4.) Poke firmly and I mean firmly to get a good contact with circuit tester (not a multimeter) on reverse light wire. Should be one of two. Put car in reverse, take key out with emergency brake on or have someone else reverse the car while testing it. Ground black wire near unpainted bolt by reverse light and clamp down on t-tap with existing reverse wire and new red wire for 12volts. 5.) Use T-taps and attach wire (believe its red) that's not black to the 12v wire you tested with a circuit tester. Attach black wire to ground. Use adhesive tape and in my case for best visibility, zip ties to back up camera. May want to use a fuse relay in case of a short in the future to avoid damaging wiring harness. Run up A arm and plug into rear view mirror dashcam. Great customer service that will call you back and give you technical support fir the installation. I ended buying the oem wolfbox g840h dashcam mount so it goes directly to my windshield instead of over the previous rear view mirror. Much better in terms of aesthetics so I recommend doing that. If you do that, thieves will never know its an aftermarket accessory they can steal. You're all set! I hope this helps as that's what I want instead of a video because it's intimidating for the first time.

I am more than happy with the camera. It was easy to install, and from my point of view the video quality is excellent. I haven't used GPS option so far, but the rest of the options work very well and it is simple to use. I had this camera brand in the past and I can only recommend it.

Tengo alguna cosa que contar. El producto es bueno y funciona muy bien. El cable WOLFBOX Kit de Hardware, es tipo C y el aparato tiene entradas Mini USB, no entiendo como el fabricante esta diciendo que vale el cable para este dispositivo, porque no vale. Yo lo compré y acabo de devolverlo, que me expliquen como se conecta. Adjunto una foto. Otra cuestión es el agarre que proporcionan las gomas elasticas de silicona que trae, la verdad es que no apretan lo suficiente y el espejo, con el coche encendido, al ralenti, hace que el espejo vibre y es incomodo mirar la imagen y verlo vibrar. Mi espejo retrovisor esta perfectamente y no vibra en ninguna condición, pere al poner este encima, pues la imagen se mueve y es desagradable. Cuando el espejo esta apagado, la imagen que refleja me parece un poco oscura, no tiene la claridad que da un espejo original, pero es aceptable. Por lo demás un buen producto recomendable. Yo aconsejaría poner una gomas más fuertes para fijar el espejo.
