Picamas Hot Sauce Jumbo 19oz

My current go to salsa. It's spicy but not so hot that I'm crying, coughing or can't taste my food. It's well balanced with enough flavor, and spice. My favorite part is that the spice is immediate and not delayed. There is nothing more that drives me crazy than spicy salsa with a delayed attack. This kind of salsa makes you cough, but this one is not like that. Tastes great, well balanced and this bottle lasts a while. Highly recommend. I add to tacos, caldos (soups), breakfast, sandwiches, chicken salads, tuna salad, I add it to most things. It's my current go to. Worth the try!

First use this in my fave local Mexican restaurant and had to order it for home . Delicious!

Let me start by saying that I give the hot sauce 5 stars, but the seller would get 3 stars. This is because I was sent a bottle that is only a few months away from expiration. It’s not the biggest deal because this sauce is so good, I’m sure I’ll finish it, but I don’t like getting old food products.. Now onto the hot sauce itself. Let me preface this by saying I am a hot sauce fanatic. I have an entire cabinet in my kitchen dedicated to them. I can safely say that this is one of the tastiest hot sauces I have ever had. It has such a delicious flavor and with just the right amount of heat. In fact, my wife, who doesn’t generally like hot sauce on her food, is in love with this. I very highly recommend trying this out. But if you’re ordering from this seller, make sure you check the expiration date prior to owning it.

I use this hot sauce on my eggs, good value for your money, not to hot i would say medium heat.

This stuff is downright addictive. It's also unlike any other hot sauce I've had before. I discovered it at a local pizza place with a Guatemalan owner. At his suggestion I tried it, and now I don't think I'll ever be able to eat another slice without this sauce. As somebody else commented, it's thick, almost like ketchup. Because of this you can spread it, or apply it strategically on food. It also goes with almost everything, even foods you'd never normally consider putting hot sauce on. It is a very strange color that's not the most appealing, but it really only looks that way in the bottle. Lastly, several other reviewers mentioned that the "new" cap that you see in the pictures is terrible and squirts out too much sauce. That was a concern, but I didn't get a bottle with that type of cap. I got the pointy screw style cap like on a bottle of Sriracha sauce. Incidentally, if you do get one with a cap you don't like, the threads on these bottles are pretty much all the same. I tried switching the actual cap from my Sriracha sauce onto the Picamas bottle, and it fit and worked just great.
