16inch laptop can fit but with extra careful
There is a cube metal panel on the upper side its hard to safely fit a 16inch laptop.but over all its good.

Amazing safe
Simple safe very simple to setup only think you should get are AA batteries and it will work for long time. It has been almost a year and I didn't changed the batteries it works fine plus I have 2 keys. It's my personal bank at home.
