I literally had no idea what I was doing, so I just started carving a heart. It is quite simple using the tools they give you. Instead of ink, I slathered my heart stamp in watercolor paint and I love how it looks. I am going to make these into some cards. I am super excited by the idea of making my own neat stamps. I recommend this product, even if you are new to stamping, like I am!

I LOVE MAKING MICRO BLOCKS and I LOVE THIS SET!! What a treasure to find.As a printmaker and block carver, I loved finding blocks that were already circles and perfect squares. The tools were great but I passed them down to a student of mine since I have a professional set of blades already.These blocks are strong and they don’t chip when making detailed designs (which easily happens with smaller blocks). They hold and last a long time. Great for working with all ages, especially small children ages 2-6 bc they won’t easily snap and they’re perfect size for handling.Easy 10/10 and 5 stars.
