Kangaroo Hoppers Trampoline

I must have a read hundred reviews before I settled on this trampoline. What won me over is that everyone who communicated with this company's customer service reps were very satisfied and that is important to me should I run into a problem down the road. That said, this trampoline looks nicer than all other brands I've seen in person. The color choices were lovely and my girls are thrilled to have pink. Shipping was way way faster than anticipated and all parts arrived in tact. It took my husband and me about two hours to put it together. The bonus ladder included would be great for older children. We're using the one included but it's tough for my tall seven year old to get in and out with so you might consider another type of ladder though there's nothing inherently wrong with this one. Instructions weren't super clear at times but we could figure it out through trial and error. So far, we are all thrilled with this purchase.

Purchased this in September of 2017 so it has had about 2 months of average use. Good trampoline overall with one flaw. The circular padding that covers the springs is held in place with two strings. They are sewn onto the underneath side of the pad. The majority of these have ripped off, leaving the string attached to the frame and the pad is able to move around while jumping or blown by the wind. I've contacted the company and am waiting for a response. The photos show how the ties rip off, but the last one is to help people figure out how to stake it down. Use a ratcheting tie down strap and the anchor is a spiral dog tie out screwed into the ground. Worked great.

It appears to be a good product once assembled, but to me it could've been easier to assemble. The frame does not fit precisely enough and the support bars kept popping out when trying to attach the last one. I'd get that one in and an opposite side would pop out. It seems to be holding after working the support legs outward many times and getting the mat and springs attached but watching the kids jump unnerves me a bit. Not all of the legs sit squarely underneath and I'm concerned some of the welds might break over time or bend being at the slight angle they are. Other than that plan on 2-3 hours assembly time in total. We had all the parts and the safety net is snug and works well. I think if the manufacturer could come up with a locking mechanism for the support bars that would help with the assembly. The kids are having fun with it so that's always a plus.

I Love it! My order came earlier than expected so I could get it all set up in time for my Granddaughters Birthday Party! The trampoline is sturdy and good quality materials. It is a great product and I highly recommend it, in fact I'm going to order another one for my other Grandkids who live in another state.

The size is great, and once put together it is great but I did not find it an easy assembly. My husband is really good at assembling things and the directions were terrible. Bad English and terrible illustrations. The painted poles came all scratched and banged up (although I'm sure they will get banged up in the yard too, so we didn't complain, although they'll probably get rusty eventually). Many parts did not fit into the part it was supposed to fit... ie, the toppers/poles but we forced them. Also, the bottom of the trampoline has right angles and not a soft edge so when you move it in the yard, it will tear up your grass unless you fully raise it with a few people and move it. Oh also, calling the "free ladder" a ladder, is a bit ambitious. It is literally a little "L"step up. To say they are including anything free with this, is just marketing. It is not a ladder.The kids are having a blast on it now though, they don't care about my lawn or the work it took to put it together!
