Smoking is harmful to your body and budget. Last year, at $9.50 a pack, cigarettes cost $4500. There are several stop-smoking aids, both prescription and over the counter. Nicotine Polacrilex Lozenge work well while all other meds left me feeling ill, plus they are half the cost. Unfortunately those candy-like tablets can become a bit habit forming and the smallest are 2 mg.Habitrol comes in 1, 2 and 4mg lozenges and the mint ones are similar to the nicotine gum in flavor. Unlike the gum they didn't upset my stomach or bother my mouth. The 1mg tablets cut nicotine in half and the foil packs are more convenient for carrying along. I think this $42 pack will be the last smoking aid I'll need to buy.

Good product at fair price. Just as good as the nicotine lozenges at other retailers (I have tried many different brands). Nice minty taste.
