Genuine Review: I have been using this vitamins for three days and they are amazing. I am a woman in her 30's and live a generally healthy lifestyle, however I struggle with low energy and fatigue. After taking these vitamins I feel less tired and can get up and do things, where before I felt sluggish. I am also a tea drinker and read to leave 60-90 minutes between and having these vitamins as they tea is an 'iron blocker'. In short, I would highly recommend these vitamins and I will be buying them again. I will say I bought them in the sale as they are quite expensive but they are worth the money!

Product was good and effective, before I was feeling lazy and suffering from body cramps also, but after taking this I feel more active and strong. Thankyou for delivering on time too

Arrived safely. The box is cheap quality and the bottom flap was ripped but that's not an issue, really. The product tastes excellent like honey and the viscosity is very close to it or about the same. I was happy the box states that this is UK's #1 brand. I strongly believe British products are a higher quality than most American brands of anything, not only supplements. Better ingredients, less fillers, more potent and safe. I grew up in Asia where British brands are very common and the experience allows me to compare the quality of products. I have not started taking this supplement but I am confident that it would work for me.

best iron supplement I had ever taken and I tried dozens over the years. Does not cause any bad side effects like constipation. You can feel the gentle energy from the just-right dose of b12. No more fatigue or mental fog. Time release formula slow and steady. I test my own hemoglobin level at home and for the first time in years I have normal! . Like with any iron and B12 supplements you must stay hydrated.
