They're easy to swallow. Work relatively fast. Good price. Have not experienced negative side effects. Taking with my womens probiotic (90 billion cultures) by RenewLife because acidophilus is listed low on their ingredients list. I recently learned that Acidophilus, GR-1, and RC-14 are important strains to combat vaginal yeast infections.

My child was having it all right until I tasted it one day. I felt I was tasting chalk. Yes , chalk powder !! Though the small tab disintegrates in the mouth. I wonder if it has any probiotics or just contains loose chalk ..
