Is there any better way to clamp blades so they don’t move when sharpening?

I put a bit of masking tape along the inside edges of the clamp jaws. This may help restrict blade slippage while sharpening

Does this work with the Lansky C-Clamp?

Yes it does. The clamp comes with a "pole" that the c-clamp sits on.

Can anyone tell me what angles this is set to?

30,25,20 and 17 if you have the knife in the correct spot. Remember that a wider knife will be further from the the clamp and will decrease the angle. If you want to know the true angle, use some basic trigonometry. There are calculators you can use online to help with this. Remember to account for the knife’s thickness was well. Good luck!

Is this stone clamp strong ? Seems like it would break easily ?

I don't know what you mean by "stone clamp." this system does not have a stone clamp. It has a metal clamp that clamps onto the back of the knife blade. The clamp does not come into contact with the sharpening stones at all. Sharpening stones only come into contact with a knife blade. I doubt this is help very much but I hope that did.
