Q: Will this take my full figure dress form to a 59” Bust 49” waist?

I was not able to get the tshirt to go over the dress form at its smallest setting. I just used a tshirt and pulled it tight at the back. The padding was not sufficient for me to make a duplicate of my belly area.

It should. I have a regular size dress form, but the padding is just added onto anything. There should be enough stretch in the white over shirt to be able to cover a full figure form.

Q: Is there only 1 size in the padding, or do they fit all dress forms? Mine is from the 1930 ‘s or 40’s.

The product contains a number of size pieces and it shouldn't matter what size your dress form is as you will use the pieces you need for the desire effect.

Not worth buying

I had to pad this out with scrap batting pieces and wrap around it with more batting to make a smooth form. Would have been just a good just using the batting on it's own. Nowhere near enough or varied pieces to do the job effectively. This is ridiculously overpriced for what it is
