Have patience dont judge too soon for the results.
Its been a week now I am using these tablets. I feel extremely thirsty after the usage. But I am not sure whether I am getting the results. Maybe its too early.

I won't waste your time telling you all about Magnesium, as you can and probably have gotten that information already. This particular product by NOW is one of the best I've found out there and very well priced in the market. I've been using NOW products for about 10 years and I've never run into an issue with even a single capsule, and all products tend to be very fresh. NOW magnesium is no different. There are no digestive issues, and the reasons that I take magnesium have been consistently and similarly treated with this product as well as many others from NOW. Therefore, the reason to hold onto this name brand is that it has continued to do well for me for a long time. I can't say that about several other brands. What more can you say about supplements other than that they work, they are fresh, they are consistent, and they are value priced. I've turned several other family members and friends onto this particular product for a variety of reasons and have no qualms about recommending it to anyone else.
