We bought this to put on the counter behind the bar in our Bar area and it works perfect for people wanting a frosty mug. Downside is, you can only fit so many cups inside of it. If you sell alot of frosty mugs than I wouldn't suggest this for those that sell alot.

We have been using this freezer at our store to sell ice cream out of and it seems to work great! No complaints. Would buy again.

[10-30-21] Keeps the ice cream as cold as my girlfriend’s heart. [11-07-22 Update] So I've had this freezer a little over 12 months. We came home last week and found a puddle of water below the freezer with all of the food thawed out and warm inside. And the once ice cream so cold that only my girlfriend's heart could compare?...that was completely melted as well. And if I couldn't feel any lower at that moment, my girlfriend, seeing what had just transpired, laughs at me and says "where's your precious cold ice cream now?!" I wasn't completely sure what had happened and had hoped that maybe a temporary power outage in the neighborhood was the reason. I thought maybe the freezer just didn't power back on correctly when the power was restored. So I unplugged the freezer, let it sit for a few minutes and plugged it back in. Once I heard her little motor humming and felt cool air blowing inside, I patted her on the top and ensured her she was not to blame for the groceries, money lost and ridicule from my girlfriend. So later that evening, after I vowed to get the last laugh, I went grocery shopping, bought some more Hungry-Man meals (my girlfriend has stopped cooking for me), Häagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream, and some chimichangas. As the week came and went, I would grab my Hungry-Man meals, and if I had room for dessert, top off with a little bit of strawberry ice cream. Everything felt right again...until we got home yesterday. As I was relieving myself in the latrine, I hear this yell that I could only describe as a half-yell, half-laughter by my girlfriend followed by her shouting "IT STOPPED WORKING AGAIN!!" I would be lying if I told you I didn't feel this rush of heat run down my body followed by momentary dizziness. I don't remember flushing the toilet, but I do remember washing my hands, thinking that in a few moments I will have to face my girlfriend and see that smug smile as she points to the freezer. Indeed, she was correct. The freezer had stopped working and once again my Hungry-Man meals, chimichangas and ice cream had melted. I can no longer bare the weight of disappointment that this freezer has given me. Attached you will find a picture of the freezer resting on the curb of our driveway. Free to anyone who dares to take on its curse. If no poor soul takes it, it will be awaiting trash pick up tomorrow morning. For the money lost in groceries, money lost on the freezer, and constant torment from my girlfriend (she's texting me right now as I type this with a laughing emoji), it will take time to recuperate financially and emotionally. Buyer beware.

Hi everyone I ordered one and requested to get it faster and I did get it a few days earlier then I was so happy of the results that it’s so much cheaper then all other small display freezer out there and it works so good I order another one and to my surprise when I opened it I saw that it got damaged on the way and I contacted the Customer service they were so helpful they offered me to keep it and refunded me dont Hesitate it’s a must buy

I like the look and it arrived quickly. However we cannot locate the knob to control the temp? It’s not on the door or inside the unit. When we look in the back it’s just a silver sheet of metal. We see the condenser and wires but no dial of 1-7? Where could it be hiding on the unit?
