X means extra, and T stands for tall. I'm 6'-2" tall and I require the Tall designed shirts. A regular shirt without the tall designation are a little short, especially tee shirts, as they will pull out of my trousers when I bend down. If you are 6' tall or over you may like the Tall version better.

They don't deliver on the amazon prime 2 day shipping guarantee, that's for sure. I ordered this shirt with a handful of other things for a costume for Halloween, everything else came in 2 days this shirt is scheduled to get here 3 days after all the other items. If you can't deliver on 2 day shipping then don't make your product available via Prime!
