Very cool!!
This scale is so neat! I love all the data it gives in the app, and it keeps me motivated to drink more water (body hydration percentage). The scale connects quickly to bluetooth and the app, and I love being able to track my progress with the graphs in the app. I feel it was definitely worth investing a little more money in. Plus I like that it is slim and compact, and I can easily store it in my cabinet when I'm not using it in my tiny bathroom. I have recommended this scale to several friends and coworkers!

What a scam
Bought in Jan of 2022. Was stable until the middle of June 2023. My app would erase the last captured data. I use weekly reports off the app to help my workout routines so it's important to see what kind of progress I have made. But it all just goes away after I close the app. The scale stays connected, the app looks like it is functioning, but it does not populate any data from the prior read. After weighing in for the day, the data would be captured and displayed. I would let the app sit open for a bit, make sure the it was functional/internet connected. and see if it just needed more time to transmit/store data. Nope. End of June, contacted customer support via website. Wouldn't let me log in, said password was wrong, initiated password retrieval, no email came. initiated a 2nd one after 6 hours (still hasn't shown up 20 days later). Decided to contact via the chat on the website. Initiated chat, put in que for agent. 12 hours later at 3am the agent responded. 12 hours later. at 3am. So I obviously was unable to connect with them. Agent ends help chat. Move to email. Customer support email is on website. Send email July 1st. Get a response in 15 minutes. Basically saying 'sorry' and 'passing along to engineering'. Waited til July 9th to ask for an update or if they need any manual assistance to troubleshoot on my end. No response. I've been manually writing down all the measurements and plugging into an excel sheet so i can track the readings since the app does not hold data. Until this morning. It won't even capture data from the scale. Troubleshooted wtit app reinstall, scale reconnection, etc.... I hardly even get an error message when the data info transfer fails. Nothing. Not even a single scale read is displayed/recorded/captured. Emailed customer service today AGAIN. Seriously, this thing lasted almost 18 months before being an expensive paperweight. And the lack of response or checking in from customer service makes this whole company feel like a scam. It worked great but not for long. Dead stop. My 5 star rating is now a 1. I'm livid.

Amazing at keeping track
It's good for keeping consistent track of your body changes. It seems really accurate in its measurements. I highly recommend this for people seeking to see their progress overtime, especially when it comes to the particular measurements. Progress is a waiting for the most part, but after using this product overtime I am able to see the changes I've made are having a direct affect towards my goals.

Clean and easy to read BUTT…..
I do like that it syncs up to my phone and keeps a log of my weight. The only is issue that I have is with the BMI percentage being something of an issue with. Based on my height of 6’ and weight of 206 it’s showing that my BMI is in the 29.2 which almost puts me at the very high level which if anyone would see me would know that can’t be correct. Even though that it states that this should be look at with other metrics to get a better overall result. It’s a little red flag for me on the whole metrics reading.

Simple and easy to use
I purchased the scale for my sons for Christmas, because they are always weighing themselves for wrestling. They’ll go to school and weigh in and come home and use the scale to weigh in and they are always exact downside. It cannot be on carpet or uneven surfaces otherwise, 100% recommend.

I used this scale to compare my weight loss weekly

I'm sorry I bought this and plan on returning it. The scale is fine, the issues is with the app, it doesn't pass Google security checks and gives a big warning saying so each time I use it. This means it can't sync with Google fit and other health apps and that I can't trust them with my data.

I bought this scale so I can track my weight loss. I love how it records everything. I can see all the info in the scales app that I installed in my iPhone. My other scale just told me my weight. This scale tells my my weight but it is also recoded in the app. The info is also available to one of my other apps, MyNetDiary, that I use to record my food intake. All and all just another tool in my arsenal to help with my weight loss.

Je suis très content de ma balance : elle est ultra-pratique pour suivre mon évolution, avec plein de paramètres. La connexion instantanée avec le téléphone à chaque pesée est un vrai plus, et surtout, pas besoin de se prendre la tête !

I purchased in 2023 and finally threw the scale away today. App: The app to access anything besides your weight is garbage. The scale doesn't display your full info. You have to go into the app which is buggy, complicated UI and mostly there to push a subscription. There's a tiny part on one page where you can match the app to the scale (if it's working that day) to log your reading from the scale. Then you can see a list of the metrics but no analysis. You lose access to the app every time there's an update and it takes a while to reset after you log in. When the app fails there are no instructions for reset. You have to contact customer service. Metrics: The extensive health metrics the system touts seem to be more mathematical than measured by impedence. I say that because the ratio across all measurements is a flat line, even though I had a significant weight change due to two different health events. At any rate, the system does not provide any insight to allow health monitoring or weight loss. They are just numbers on a screen. Scale: My weight number was not really accurate but consistent which is to be expected in a lot of scales. To access the impedence readings you have to put your feet to cover four squares. If you're not careful and not fully centered on the squares, the scale tips. The entire unit is heavy and hard to grip. You can't slide it to clean underneath because the supports are grippy and not close enough to the edges so it tips instead. User experience: For the last 4 month I haven't bothered opening the app. I just take my weight and log it manually into a different health app that is far cheaper than hume, has an easy to read UI and integrates health metrics from everywhere else.
