Is this compatible for use in place of the halsey-taylor 55898c, in a halsey-taylor bottle fill station?

Does anybody measure ppm after using this filter ?

yes our application is in a school, although the existing water cooler passed the 5 PPM for lead, required in Illinois, when the machine broke, we replaced it with this filtered bottle filler stations. We were required to test again. The new result is 'undetectable" for lead.

What does it filter out?
