Quality Product
These tongs are exactly what I needed. I've been moving purchased stamps from their original storage, putting them into stock books. These tongs are perfect because not only are they pointed (minimizing contact with each stamp), the tip of the tongs is actually thinner than that of 'regular' tongs, making it easy to move stamps around beneath the plastic strip of the stock book pages. They come with a plastic holder which I like, as I am a smoker and like to 'protect' my stamp implements from the evils of second-hand smoke. Great tool!
These are a great value. They are very very well made they are very well shaped and all edges are polished. I have been using them for about 2 months now and they are still great. The gold color is coming off a little bit but that always happens I don't know why they even gold plate them in the first place.

Seller made good on defective item
The tongs are excellent, but after a month the chrome plating peeled off the tip of one end. Although the item was beyond the return date, I contacted to seller who who graciously said not to return the product and to contact Amazon and have them ship me a new pair from his inventory. I did and Amazon shipped me a new item that day. Excellent costumer service and response from Amazon customer service.

Precision
These German-made tongs are perfect for stamps and film negatives. They are thin, polished, and precise. Also I don't worry about them falling apart like items from China. They are worth a few extra dollars.

Great but less control than 4”
These are great. They work great although I don’t understand why they would make them 6”. 6” makes them almost bulky and cumbersome. It just seems like too much. With stamps I like a little more control and compactness in my tweezers.

I love these tongs. So easy and quick to pick up all kinds of stamps (singles, in a pile, used stamps, never hinged stamps). So: AAA+++ Of course these tongs are not the cheapest around. But it's all worth it.
