The two units are solid quality. Follow the filling directions and you will get round cubes. A rinse under water will help release the cubes. A bulk cube like this seems to slow the melting and watering down the drink. Will not make the clear cubes. I tried with distilled water but cubes still cloudy. But if you want round cubes, I am happy with this product.

This device easily makes a pretty much perfect shaped ice crystal ball that is just slightly smaller than a baseball. Something extremely appealing about drinking beverages in a glass chilled with a ice sphere. Easy to use and definitely a hit at both adult and kids parties. So happy with just freezing plain water--haven't even tried adding fruits or freezing juices or other beverages yet (which i'm sure would even be a bigger hit). Honestly, you're only limited by your imagination with this. Only drawback is you can only do two at a time if you just purchase the pair set...but, it's easy to just keep freezing more globes to save and store in a big gallon ziplock back in the freezer, to store up for parties.

This product is so awesome that I had to order more. Very easy to fill water to the line, makes a perfect ball. If ice gets trapped in the hole on top remove it before refilling it with water so the air can escape. I use it for everything, cocktails, lemonade, juice, it is fun and the cube lasts a long time. Perfect for drinks out in the sun around the pool, ball cube keeps drinks cool. Highly recommend.

The size of the ice sheet is great it last throughout the entire drink. A little difficult to remove the ice sphere from container but otherwise a great addition.

I absolutely love these, two ice balls in my yeti mug keep everything cool all day long. I have suggested them to several of my friends.

These were more ease of use than the dbl. ball one and recommend the set rather than the dbl. unit as one.
