Great Recipes as usual.
Rick is great on screen and his programmes are a delight.His recipes are easy to follow and always come out true.Can't recommend highly enough.

Foodie travelling
Years ago I watched the likeable Rick Stein in his food travelogue in France. I even tried to find one of the restaurants he recommended. I drove to Provence, made the crossing on the car ferry, finally arrived, and found a note in the window advising of an unplanned holiday. No lunch. This book reminded me yet again of the pleasures of exploring the culture of a country as well as its food. It also contains so many delicious & accessible recipes that I cannot wait to cook. What a joy!
