Emma Basic Gluten Free Reduced Salt Soy Sauce 1 Litre | Umami |Reduced Salt |No Additives|

This was recommended by Becky Excel who i follow as she is coeliac. It's great to find a soya sauce that is gluten free instead of having to buy tamari. Also this soy sauce is reduced in salt which is recommended for high blood pressure and the taste is great. Love adding it to stir frys, sauces and marinade.

Great taste, great value for money, and no unwelcome additives…

I usually buy Kikkoman Tamari Gluten-free Soy Sauce 1L, but I saw this and decided to try it. It is very decent, with the distinctive Tamari taste, but not quite as delicious as Kikkoman. This sauce has a faint aftertaste that doesn't really agree with me, but it's negligible. It still tastes more piquant than plain soy sauce. For cooking and in sauces or gravies it is perfectly alright, although for pure dipping I still prefer Kikkoman. All in all, for this unbeatable price it is a great bargain, as usual with Emma Basic I am pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality. Definitely worth if you use a lot of Tamari. I love Emma Basic's products, their Miso paste is a staple in my kitchen.

Good quality and taste

I’ve been using this for a few years now as it works out cheaper than buying the Gluten free soya sauce in the supermarket & I find this one a nicer taste. It has a mild sweetness to it & isn’t as salty as the other main brand GF soya sauce. Great value for the size of the bottle too. Please don’t stop selling this stuff!!

I buy a lot of Emma Basic stuff as it is inexpensive and has no chemicals or fillers added. I find it very good value and tastes lovely.

Die Emma Basic glutenfreie Sojasauce 1 L ist allgemein zu empfehlen. Besonders als glutenfreie, clean-label Alltags-Sojasauce mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann die viele positive Bewertungen für Geschmack und Qualität, auch wenn sie nicht unbedingt so stark ist wie manche Tamari-Premium-Sojasauce, nur bestätigen.

Do yourself a favor and keep buying Kikkoman. Smells like vinegar not soy sauce. Taste is horrible

Cercavo un'alternativa meno costosa ad un'altra marca che vende solo bottigliette minuscole e l'ho trovata. Il sapore è diverso, ma molto buono. Contiene circa la metà del sale della soia che compravo. Unica nota negativa è la bottiglia: sebbene il formato grande la renda più conveniente, non è molto pratica da usare. Si risolve tutto travasandola per l'uso e conservando il resto della bottiglia in frigorifero.
