I purchased this prenatal vitamins for my wife who just delivered to our healthy new baby boy. Seeing all the goodness in the ingredients listed in here, I decided to buy and for her to give it a try. It was now days that she is taking this and I had asked her how it is doing for her. these are great pre and postnatal multivitamins! the pill is medium sized and is easy to swallow. it does not smell bad, which is a common problem when you are expecting, nor does it leave an after taste. these are the first pre natal pills that I have ever taken that did not give me nausea or an upset stomach. I am chronically anemic and since I have been taking these pre natal pills for the last month my anemia is doing so much better! I absolutely love the fact that the dosage for this brand is only one pill per day. I absolutely can not remember to take my vitamins, but the one pill a day and the way that these multivitamins make me feel by giving me more energy and not feeling so nauseous makes it easier for me to ensure that I take them.I received this product for free for my honest and unbiased opinion
