The load capacity of the head is 11 lbs.Screw size: 1/4 inch for camera; 3/8 inch for tripods (we can provide adapter to fit 1/4 inch pods). The quick release plate system is universal, compatible to all major brands, including the most popular Manfrotto 3157N. The 3157N plates is to show its compatibility and is not part of this transaction. Redundant plate lock and safety lock provides secure mounting of your camera. I didnt give it a five star because it takes more finessing than a normal fluid head does to get the appropriate tension/support for the movement.
