I LOVE THIS! This is a life-changing product for me and I hope my family as well. I like the clean feeling, saving toilet paper and better for my plumbing system.The package is perfect and even has a nice handle. It comes with 2 size metal braided hoses and a metal "t" to connect to your existing plumbing. I'm little handy but not a pro and I installed it very quickly. Just need a screwdriver to take off the seat and a wrench for the fittings.Using it is very simple. You just adjust a dial to the pressure you desire. It is a bit of a shock when the water turns on but nothing bad. Even the cold water feels good. Refreshing!It sprays a bit and I like to give the toilet a quick wipe after to clean up the over spray but that is keeping my toilet even cleaner.It is really wonderful and I don't know why American's have not started using these more.VERY high quality and a great company.I have always been a lover of technology, gadgets and nice products. This is definitely a nice product so I was happy to offer my 100%, honest opinions in exchange for a discount on the item cost. I rely heavily on product reviews for nearly all of my purchases, so I understand the value of an honest review and the review system itself. I only post honest reviews.

I thought it’s 7pm on a Sunday, I can install this quick. I was right... it was pretty quick. The only problem is the cheap plastic “T” leaked water all over. Guess what? On a Sunday there was nothing open, so tomorrow I will have to do the whole process over once I go to lowes and buy a decent T adapter. By the time I’m done I could have spent a little more for a better quality product to begin with. I should have listened to all the people saying it leaks all over, but since I have been in maintenance for years I assumed it had been user error and I would do better. I was wrong, it was the cheap plastic parts that was bad.

I removed one star because of the "T" fitting.The bidet works wonderful, but it comes with a plastic part that connects everything. This part is a piece of s***!It leaks and it is so hard to install and at the end I ended up with a flooded restroom. It was horrible. Considering I spent a couple of hours trying to fix the problem and mopping my restroom.Now, I wrote the seller a harsh message, and they answered immediately, great customer service. They apologize and sent me in two days a replacement, (actually 2, I bought 2 bidets), NO CHARGE. The new "T" piece is beautiful, metal with a valve, and it was so easy to install, and fitted perfectly, no leaks and I finished the installation in 5 minutes.About the bidet, works great. Splashes a lot, but it's just a matter of finding the right way pressure and position of your body to make it work. I greatly recommend this item, just be aware that you very probably will need to contact them and ask for the metal "T".

Bidets are mandatory in my opinion. If you don't at least have a cheap basic bidet like this you are nasty and missing out. I've had so many friends make fun of my bidets, but after some time they break down and get them. Changes their lives forever. Most end up purchasing more for their work and such. As I did, I purchased this cheap one our main office. I have more expensive ones with heat at home.

I would like to be able to leave a review but the T connector supplied does not allow anything to be threaded to it, it must have been a defective adapter. I am going to have to find a compatible T connector in order to install it. It just leaks water everywhere at the moment, so its sitting in its box.

I would have written a positive review about it but somehow I have always experienced small leaks even after shutting the knob when not in use. Lately I am not able to use it since whenever I turn the know to even level 1 there seems to be significant leakage so much that my bathroom wooden floor is all watery and I have to mop it else the puddle would kee increasing every time we use it. I can't figure out the problem And my apartment manangwr says she is not liable to fix it since it's my own product and now for such a petty work any plumber would charge me so much.. I'm not sure what I should be doing? Any kind of customer support on this would help for future buying!

horrible product. faulty and leaked first after getting it installed from certified plumber.. wasted money not only on product but also costed me labor as plumber could not install and have to call again. i had remodel work at my house so didn't open for few days, then lost return window... not sure what to do. bought 3 of these. wrote feedback too but no one replied. not happy at all. i am not sure if we should buy such products.

The reducing tee connection which comes with the bidet is poorly designed and is leaking despite how much you tighten it. This is because the neck inside the conical gasket us shorter than the standard connection of the same size ( check the photo). Until now I have not tried the bidet because I'm still searching for a compatible tee connection.
