Why I bought it I needed a tripod to use with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 so I could record jiu jitsu sessions. I wanted something lightweight but strong enough to hold steady during movement. The built in grip and adjustable angles seemed like a good fit for what I needed. What surprised me right away It feels sturdy right out of the box. The grip is solid and does not slip. The material feels better than I expected at this price. Honestly it feels more reliable than the branded one that came with my Osmo. The adjustments are smooth and the ball head holds its position without drifting. What I did not love Nothing so far. It sets up quickly and holds steady. No issues with balance or slipping. It just works the way you hope it will. Would I recommend this Yes I would. If you are recording with a compact camera or something like the DJI Osmo, this is a great little tripod to have. It is light, easy to carry, and surprisingly strong for the size. Whether you are filming on the go or setting it up on a desk or mat, it gets the job done.

Excellent product. Nice telescoping tripod feature. This is my second Ulanzi item and it's just as quality as my first. This tripod is stout, easy to use and is a perfect addition to my DJI Action camera.

The ULANZI MT 16 mini tripod has been a very useful accessory for both travel and everyday shooting. I have used it with a mirrorless camera, an action camera, and even as a desktop webcam stand, and it feels stable and well built for its size. I love the portability and pack-ability of this for traveling. Only issue I have is the durability. The plastic mount at the top snapped off in my suitcase. If I packed it again, I would keep the ball joint loose when not in use so it doesn’t succumb to tension. I wish the plastic pieces weee metal, but I also understand that it’s an inexpensive item, so I’ll get another.

I needed a couple of small tabletop mini light stands to support a couple of compact LED video lights I use for shooting photos and videos of products. These appeared to be just what I was looking for and when I received them, I found them to be perfect for my needs. They’re very sturdy, lightweight and the height is easily adjustable. The small ball head allows light placement exactly where needed and stays in place. Collapsed, the little tripods are small enough to fit into a small drawstring cloth bag I have along with the 2 rechargeable LED lights and makes a nice compact kit easy to store. They were delivered quickly without any issues.

Very high quality construction. The handle and whole thing is sturdy metal. It's not too heavy, but you can definitely feel the quality.

Got the MT-16 stand back in late May 2024 to work as a stand for my 16" ASUS MB16ACV portable monitor. The MB16ACV has a screw hole, and the stand seemed like it would be the right height to pair with my raised laptop setup. And it works perfectly... at first. Now nearly two months in, whenever I mount my portable monitor onto the MT-16 tripod stand, the stand instantly starts leaning towards the left. It's bad enough that if I want my portable monitor to not fall over, I need to lean it against my raised laptop to keep things steady. I'll keep this for my kid to use as a GoPro mount, but it'll be back to the drawing board for me in terms of elevating my portable monitor. tl;dr: Great GoPro solution, but not strong enough to hold a portable monitor up w/o tipping over

This is perfect for holding up my camera at my desk. I use my camera for filming videos as well as zoom calls for school. Having it leveled this way was the best choice for me as its easy to access for troubleshooting or anything that could go wrong when experiencing any technical difficulties. I feel it is also safer and more compact than to have a big dslr sitting over my monitor screen. If you're using this for travels it is also really amazing since the tripod extends out and you can have your smaller cameras rest on it for far distances. The dslr works when having it sit on the first level since it is much heavier in weight. If you try to raise it up to a higher level, you can see it works but it can slowly slide down from just a shake because of the weight 😅 I knew that when I came across this little tripod that it would be the perfect solution to have it on my desk. Worth the money and everything about it is essential!

Es un mini tripie con buen agarre, corto pero tiene extension para mayor altura o alcance. El control de giro de la cabeza es con una bola de movimiento controlado y suaves patas de goma antideslizantes. Tiene buen balance y mejoro la expectativa que tenia del mismo. Resulto mejor que lo esperado.

I bought this for travel, using it to hold a Magsafe mount so I can use my iPhone as a webcam. It works perfectly. It is lightweight and stable for my iPhone 14 Pro with the MagSafe mount. The shoe is an excellent addition since it also allows me to mount an LED light. The telescopic piece is compact yet goes up high enough to clear my Macbook Pro 15 easily. The adjustable bearing is also quite stable. This is a combination of metal and plastic, and overall the quality seems good.
