Was very skeptical at first but great quality product!! Everything works fine and battery is great it was at 99% when I received it and it loads very fast would recommend!! I also love the Touch Bar way better than newer model MacBooks if you ask me.

I choose the MacBook Pro 2020 in excellent condition and the battery is normal sound is great charges fine I love it and it came in the actual box for the laptop I’m in love for refurbished you couldn’t even telll so clean no dents scratches Touch Bar works great I’m very happy !!!

In my case it was definitely worth the gamble, buying expensive tech online is always scary, but with products like this you might end up with a practically brand new MacBook Pro like me! Real talk: choose excellent condition and you'll end up with something you don't regret paying for. This review was written on mine lol :)

The media could not be loaded. i understand this is a refurbished computer but i did not expect is to be this terrible. there are dents in the back and scratches all over the front.the keyboard felt sticky and looked like it was from a different computer. the keys felts jammed so i took the keys off. when i saw what was under i was severely disappointed. it was by far the dirtiest ive ever seen a keyboard. paying over $600 dollars i would expect the computer to come at least clean. also when powering off the screen turns completely pink and then shuts off. i would have expected more and i thought i could trust amazon but this was a terrible mistake and do not recommend buying. i’m currently having to send the computer to apple to be fixed!

So far it looks nearly new! The MacBook Pro works perfectly. It was not iCloud locked which was my biggest concern with a refurbished apple product but the price was right so I figured it would be worth the gamble. The body is in great condition with virtually no scratches. my only complaint is that the battery health is only at 85% but a battery swap is cheap and easy.Also the charger it came with is brand new but not apple original. I recommend if you're looking for a modern day Mac book pro and don't want to spend over 1k this is for you. It multitasks just fine. its light weight and the speakers are impressive. Shipping was really quick it arrived overnight.

When I bought this refurbished MacBook Pro, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Would it be like a fine wine—aged to perfection? Or more like my ex—full of glitches and prone to overheating?Turns out, this MacBook has been through some different hands, but unlike my past relationships, it actually works. The keyboard responds when I press its buttons (unlike certain people who shall remain nameless), the battery lasts longer than 10 minutes (take notes, Steve), and it doesn’t randomly shut down when things get hard.Sure, it has a few minor scratches—battle scars from its past life—but don’t we all? At least this one came with a warranty. Five stars. Would commit to it again.

Came with not a single mark or scratch on it. Honestly can't even tell it has ever been used.Came with 104 batt Cycles on it or 92% Capacity. So not terrible at all.I did upgrade it with a side dock to get more ports on it. After it's perfect.The speed is still very snappy. I can't tell a difference between it and my m2 macbook air, and for the price, you can't beat it.If your looking for a portable work machine, this is the one for you.
