Does this product somehow come refrigerated?

Does this have prebiotic(s)?

There is only probiotics(the good bacterias) but it is a very high count. The food you eat should feed the bacterias. These do not need prebiotics.

I'd like to see the list of strains/ingredients in this probiotic. This item entry does not have a photo of the back of the box. Anyone know?
