Unfortunately , after ordering this product I discovered that the daily intake of Collagen should be 10g a day and this product has only 1600 mg for the 3 recommended capsules per day ! Thats why many reviews of this product are saying they felt no difference after taking this product for 3 months , because it doesn't have enough Collagen ! Try other product with higher collagen doses

I’ve been using Sports Research Multi Collagen for the last 6 months and I LOVE it! My skin is brighter and my ligaments feel better! If I miss a day or two, I definitely can tell. I’m very skeptical about supplements and the fact that I keep buying this goes to show everyone that it is a quality product! The ingredients are top quality and there’s no weird “supplement smell” like I have experienced with others. You cannot go wrong with these supplements.

UPDATE 11/28/2024 I've been taking this supplement for over 6 months and less scalp shows through my part. My fingernails don't bend when I trim them; they clip off as they should. I think this is a great product for my needs. I would also note that I've been vegetarian, and trending towards vegan, for years. So maybe this product works for me because I had a nutritional deficit. Hate to compromise my planet-friendly values but hate worse turning into an uggo. So sue me. ORIGINAL - May 2024 My hair had been falling out in bunches and suddenly my scalp was showing through. 90% of my waking thoughts were about female pattern baldness, and yeesh, makes you feel so washed up.and miserable. So in desperation I decided to start taking collagen. A pharmaceutical scientist I know tells me that most supplements pass right through you and are a total waste of money. So, I was skeptical, but desperate. (what a horrible place to be, btw). I didn't really have any hopes that this would do anything. You look at yourself every day in the mirror and don't see the change right away. But several of my colleagues have been marveling that my hair looks thick and luxuriant. Yess! I'll take it! I look again and I have more hair, and the diameter of the shafts are definitely thicker. I haven't added any other supplements or used any different hair care products so it has to be this. My nails are also significantly stronger. Grateful for this product. I'm almost through the first jar and will be ordering another.

I’m taking these to help with some hair loss / regrowth. I’m on my 2nd bottle. I haven’t really noticed any changes. They have no taste. I do like this brand, intake the D3-K2 and the Fish Oil. All rated high.
