Just what I needed.
I have fibromyalgia and needed to work my muscles without strain. This was perfect, I watch you tube resistance band workouts using this band for the exercises I can manage. I could probably have managed a level 3 band but as I can create more resistance by shorting the band it's not too much of a problem. The ones I work with at the gym have higher resistance but that often means I give up quicker!

I got this to do cxwork from les mills , great work out but it took me a while to get band to stay under foot as it’s round and not flat, got the Hanoi it now and love it

Good quality and great to use when I'm away on holiday and can't access a gym. Would be good if a description of how much resistance "level 2" is, as I had to make a guess when purchasing.
