Product packaging and overall impression on delivery were that the package had been opened and re-sealed. The internal packaging was old used bubble wrap. The product was not in 'new' condition, either not new or been on display then re-packed. no internal instructions in the box. Trying to figure out how to open the battery compartment. Not very impressive
