Plum Sauce L.K.K. 260gm

I eat Chinese food a lot, and have never encountred plum sauce like this. In fact, I'd hesitate to even call this "sauce". It's incredibly thick, and has a (sorry!) snot-like consistency which is not only off-putting, but makes it almost impossible to dip anything in it! If you plan on using this in cooking, it might be ok, since the flavour is nice enough, but if you bought it to dip spring rolls or dim sims into, I recommend giving this a miss. My search for the sweet red dipping sauce they give you at Chinese restaurants continues.
