Husband loves it! Entertaining, educational, and delicious!
I bought this book for my husband and he love love loves it! He’s been reading through it for months and finally decided to start cooking from it. He made the best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had, rivaling the best bowl of authentic ramen I had in a small ramen shop in Asakusa Japan.

Great illustrations! Superb Recipes
This is a very well-researched in-depth book on Ramen. The recipes are great and the explanations are simple and thorough. Loved the illustrations. This was the primary reason for buying the book. Highly recommended.
