I have bought this series from 1 to 21.. My grandson has enjoyed every one of them..he wasn't much into reading until we started him on this as books and now he he so excited every time he gets a new one..I would recommend these for the young readers

Even though my step son is a little older than I would expect a child to ask for these books he was specific in what he wanted around Christmas. I looked all over the place to find this for my step son. He specifically asked for this and it was almost impossible to find. He loves these books and was very happy when he opened up his presents and saw that I was able to find one of the books he had asked for. He is a big reader and this was one of the few books he asked for that weren't about paleontology. He was very pleased and that means that his father and I are very pleased too.

If you have a Pokemon fan to buy for, this series of graphic novels will be a hit.
