I like the pictures and steps to take along with options
Have not read it completely, but I like the "right to the point notes" when describing some of the sections. The illustrations are good along with the brief steps to take when inhaling and exhaling, and what to move and what not to move. I also like the explanation on what body areas each exercise is good for.
