The product overall is a good value for money, but has some unfortunate quality control issues. Pros - Well made pieces for the majority of them. -The carry bag looks quite good. -The board came in good solid package. Cons and the reason for docking two stars: -The case that came in has a tray for the pieces which unfortunately has spaces too big or too small (maybe was made for a different model) making it unusable. - The board checkered squares are quite misaligned, so if you have a mild OCD this isn't for you. -One piece was clearly broken and glued back, also the pieces shine surface flaked and fell from the top as if it was some sort of bad quality glaze layer rather than the natural stone polish.

The quality of the chess board and pieces exceeded my expectations. Very high quality indeed. Despite very good packaging, unfortunately one of the pieces was broken upon arrival. I contacted the seller who responded within hours and committed to replacing the broken piece. Within a few days, I received a replacement piece and to my pleasant surprise the package included additional spare pawns all of the same quality and finish. Thank you RADICALn team for the great service.

Looks great but I didnt receive the chess pieces

I wouldn't say the quality is even close to good. Squares are not aligned, not only shifted and rotated relative to each other but also the lines that should be straight look like two sides of a triangle. All spaces caused by misalignment are filled with glue or epoxy or whatever it is. On one piece I have an orange colored fix because marble was certainly damaged before. Still I thought to keep the board because overall pieces look nice but as soon as I started to install soft pad I realized that they are too small as a result pieces becomes unstable and very easy to fall! That made my decision.
