Clearly selling his services and not giving advise on this book.
I just finished his book and I have to say I'm very disappointed about this "unshakeable". I read a lot : intelligent investor, alchemy of finance... This one was the worst in financial advise. Clearly Tony takes the approach of Index funds and talks very bad about others advisors and hedge fund managers. And guess what? He is a financial advisor himself, so instead of giving you specific details of what to buy (as other very good books do), he is trying to get you into his advisory firm at the end of the book, Creative Planning. where they do index funds and obviously they don't do it for free with 22 billion under management. This book is for dummies, people that lost money in the past and is scared of investing in crashes. Myself i'm getting much more than buying a boring index fund. I met a lot of successful investors also, very young, that clearly outperform any index strategy. Just have a look at etoro and you will see my profile @willymarto (85% in april already during 2021). You will also see thousands of good investors performing 500% in 7 or 8 years. yes good book for dummies, not for professional investors.

Interesting but very repetitive
It feels like Tony was mumbling through the entire book. The ideas are interesting and eye opening, but it could have passed the same messages in 50 pages, rather than 200. Plus references provided to websites & apps are not working. And he refers 100 times to his other book (go buy it *hint hint*) and push to get that company services, in which he is a Partner. Not very subtle.

Best book on building, protecting and passing-on personal wealth that I have read. It is full of sensible, practical and proven advice...advice that has been proven to work by many highly successful investors. This is the essential playbook that the most successful professional investors have used. Tony Robins interviewed and learned from a wide range of the most successful wealth-builders of our time and then distilled the learnings into his own wealth-building actions and finally into this easily read book. No matter what your experience is in investing, you will find the information in this book useful. It is worth reading more than once. And worth applying starting now, no matter how much wealth you have now. Having had some success myself in building wealth using practices very similar to those in Robin's book, I was so taken with the advice and strategy outlined in Robins book that I bought copies for all my family and close friends. Be 'UNSHAKEABLE' in applying the methods in this book if you want significant financial success.

Best book I’ve read in ages. If you know absolutely nothing about finance, read this book and you’ll know everything you need to know. Anyone can follow this plain language guide to finance. There’s so much you don’t know and need to know!

I think Unshakeable is the prequel to Tony Robbins last book, Money: Master the Game. This one is a much lighter read, but make no mistake, this is a tremendous resource for anyone just starting out, and it’s a valuable back-to-basics for even the most seasoned investor. If I’d had this book 20 years ago (and heeded it) I’d have lost less and made a lot more than I did starting out. Today it’s exactly what I needed as I watch the market heating up and feel my emotions start creeping into my investment strategy. HINT: That’s NOT a good thing! “Control what you can control.” – Tony Robbins Why should you read a book about financial freedom by a guy like Tony Robbins? Isn’t he a motivational speaker after all? Tony is a lot more than that, and he happens to be a self-made millionaire too. If you know a little about Tony you know that the secret of his speaking success is his ability to listen. This book isn’t about stuff Tony made up, this book is full of facts and advice from some of the most successful and respected people in the financial industry. Tony listened to them and now he’s passing what he learned on in this book. “You miss one hundred percent of the shots you don’t take.” – Wayne Gretzky Robbins covers so much in about 200 pages, so I won’t try to cover it all here. After a signature high-energy start to his book, Tony gives you his seven “Freedom Facts”, facts that I won’t list here, although I’m sure others will, because in the book he backs up these plain spoken facts with historical and statistical data that drive home his points. You could just skim the book for those seven bullet statements, but please don’t, read it and arm yourself with knowledge that will make you an unshakeable manager of your own finances. (Sorry, had to do that!) I had the privilege of reading a pre-release copy of this book, but I’ve already purchased the Kindle version so I can start over and highlight the heck out of it. Thank you Tony! My only complaint is that he didn’t write it 20 years ago.
