This is a good book to read. I enjoyed and learned a lot.

Suitable to all ages

The way the book is designed in short chapters each ending with a concise take away makes it very practical, easy to read, but also fun viewing the nice stories the author adds from her life experiences.However, I think the book is more useful for those who are building communication skills from scratch, not necessarily for experienced readers. Moreover some chapters seemed outdated to me, not sure if there is a newer version of the book. I am referring to the chapters that address communication over the phone mainly. Overall still enjoyed the reading and surely it will benefit many who are looking for practical and nice tricks in communication!
