Product arrived damaged- had to modify to fit in rack
Product arrived damaged and had to modify in order to fit in standard 19” middle Atlantic rack. Very poor craftsmanship, poor QC and poor shipping practices.

The screw pack is not suitable with any of my mini converters. Pls review and ship with compatible screws.
