I am 45 years old and have found I need protein to recover from my workouts. This product is one of the best I have tried. Cons: -pricey but you get what you pay for. -lid hard to screw on bottle. Pros: -taste is amazing. I only use water when mixing and I would swear it was mixed with milk if I didn't mix it myself. Very rich and smooth. -easiest to mix protein I have ever bought. Does not take a lot of shakes to get the lumps out. -Did I mention it tastes great -as for the effect on my body, it is always hard to say. But in my perspective I would say I find I am feel my muscles feel better drinking this than other proteins I have tried. -good value for quality and quality of product. This will be my go to until someone convinces me otherwise. Love it!!!

One of the best product have tasted.. It has amazing aroma of chocolate compared to any other chocolate protein powder. Amazing taste and very nice product for muscle recovery and give nice 20 gm of protein out of 30 gm. Gr8 sruff. Everyone should try it once. And about packing it was well packed and arrived on time without any breakage.
