No criticism with the product at all, I just underestimated the size of the tablets (previously consumed smaller 750mg tablets and capsules). I'm not good with big tablets, however can get them down with something viscous like orange juice.

After listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, I purchased a bottle of the supplement. However, after taking one pill, I woke up extremely dizzy. I stopped taking it, and after half a day, I felt fine again. A week later, I tried again, but 8 hours later, I experienced vertigo-like dizziness. I immediately stopped taking it, and it's clear that the supplement is causing this reaction. Unfortunately, I can't return it.

Good quality NAC supplement from a trusted brand. The 1,000 mg dose is effective and convenient, especially for antioxidant and liver support. Tablets are solid and a bit large, but manageable with water. I noticed improved overall clarity and respiratory support with consistent use. No stomach upset or negative side effects. Great value for the quantity.
