Very uncomfortable and not heavy enough
Not heavy enough and very uncomfortable on the ankles. It keeps slipping down and you have to put them super tight to avoid this, but then it’s painful.

I have been using Reebok wrist weights for the last 7 years. Wanted to add ankle weights to my routine, so bought these because I knew how durable they are. Happy to report, after a month of use, that I made the right decision. Despite weighing 1kg, the weight is well distributed and does not bunch up in places. The velcro holds well even during fairly vigorous activity. The fabric is synthetic, soft and quick-drying (for sweat). I would not look beyond this for another brand of weights.

Great quality and price. Speedy delivery, easy to use and they are comfortable. Would definitely recommend. The wrist weights are great too.

Sehr zufrieden !!!
Ich selbst habe mir zwei verschiedene bestellt wie auch vom Gewicht. Diese mit 1Kg die schwereren. Nach meiner Knieoperation und viele Therapien wollte ich meine eigenen für mich selbst. Diese finde ich sehr praktisch! Da ich sehr sehr schmale Fußgelenke ( Fesseln ) habe , rutschen sie überhaupt nicht weg! Bleiben wo sie sind ! Was an diesen so fein ist , ist das auf & abnehmen da es keine Manschetten bzw. "Nur" Klettverschluss wobei man sich leicht nach hartem Training befreit. Wobei die anderen dafür mehr Zeit zum abnehmen brauchen. Diese passen noch farblich zu meinen Nike Turn - Laufschuhe was mich auch volle freut. Im ganzen mehr als 5 Sterne !!! Bin sehr dankbar nach diesem Prozess solch Erfolge zu erzielen bis 1Kg ( für mich auch zukünftig genug vom Gewicht ) Super verarbeitet somit werden sie mich sehr lange begleiten! Lieber zahle ich bisschen mehr aber habe dafür sehr lange Freude ! Danke !!! Preis finde ich super okay !!! Sehen genau wie auf dem Bild aus :-)
