So glad to see these in stock again. The flavor is mild compared to other tablets and easy to chew. A child may find them more difficult, so break into pieces. It’s not super sour, not crazy sweet. It makes it easy to chew these up during the day when fighting illness. They don’t seem to upset the tummy, either. I like that they use real sugar and no artificial sweeteners or stevia. I had some that I thought were decent because they had zinc and other immune boosters, but it was flavored with monk fruit and a bunch of other fake sugars. Theory was great, but the taste was impossible to get past. These dissolve easily, not too sweet, not too sour, easy to eat and taste great.

These Vitamin C tabs are HUGE lol They taste ok but honestly won't buy them again due to the size. The kids can't take them either.

I've been taking this supplement for quite a while and I'm very happy with it.
