Really it's big bottle, delivery was so fast. My doctor recommended me to start taking Triple Omega due to high in LDL. I am taking 2 capsule a day. Let's Hope for the good result.

We bought this at the local warehouse grocery chain until it was no longer marketed through them. Deeeelighted to find it on Amazon (at a lower price, as well). What most people don't understand about fish oil is that there are three forms of fatty acids involved: omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9. They all perform slightly different functions in the body, so all three are necessary. This product presents a nice balance of those three forms. Two a day are required; they are fairly hefty capsules. But: you get your full day's worth of all three forms, and you don't have to eat fish. Win, win. They are, at least for us, burpless, though not marketed as such. And there is no burp like the fish-oil burp, so we're pretty danged grateful for that, too. Let's see: cheap, triple omegas, burpless. I'd call that a win-win-win situation.
