What's the difference between old and new versions?

Did your product have a lid? I received my today and there was no lid or seal

It's been a while since I received mine, but the picture is accurate. There is a snap-on cap that covers the foam nozzle. No seal that I recall. I doubt that the missing cap is an issue for product safety; I ditched the cap when I put it on the bath shelf, anyway. However, if you are concerned, you can return it, I'm sure. (It IS a good product, by the way.)
