For context, I used to be a big drinker. Drinking too much can lead to severe vitamin deficiencies as your body cannot properly absorb them. Once I decided to quit I still felt weak and I always had brain fog. I started taking these for about a week and noticed dramatic improvements. Brain fog started to go away, my appetite finally increased, started getting less cramps etc. Nowadays I just take half the dose which is more than enough.
