Very well written , useful book that is to the point. The book describes all the departments in a hospital in a very short, but meaningful manner. This makes my job as an administrator knowing what each department is about very simple to understand. I will continue to use this book throughout my career knowing the different department heads , workers, and how they interact between one another.

This book is great for someone that is not familiar with the various departments in a hospital. It explains each departments functions and responsibilities. I had to read this book for a graduate class and felt it was a very easy read. This book should be assigned for a more introductory healthcare course.

This book is so poorly written and unorganized! I'm getting a headache from reading it! I hate that its a required text for class, just terrible!
