Will this do house wiring and crimp the connection

No this is not made for house wiring, it’s just made for crimping.

Does this crimping tool work for the white 24-26 AWG connectors or do you need different crimpers?

I don’t think so....the smallest is 22 AWG that this crimper is rated for. I have the Haistronic ferrule crimp tool that has 4 jaws or the Iwiss hexagonal 6 jaw ferrule tool for the really small wires. All can be found on Amazon!

What country is it made in?

I checked the tool and no country of origin is stamped on the tool. They do a very good job on heat shrink lugs.
