The case arrived in a plastic bag without a box; not sure this a genuine product at this pt!

My husband and son have always used this particular case from day one of getting their phones. My husband went motorcycle riding with some friends on a very windy day. Going they had the wind to their backs. Coming home it was bad and blew his phone off his holder on the highway, guys behind him saw it and black pieces flying everywhere. They thought that everything was gone. He got home, 55 miles away from where he los t it and used find my device off my phone, drove back with my daughter and her friend, tracked and found phone on side of road! The case was gone, but the phone had minimal scratch on very top edge and small crack on the back corner you could see, but not feel! Screen was all intact, no cracks or scratches and is still working perfect!! We are firm believers!! That you Otter Box Commander!!

Now that our phones is out of warranty, you should get this to protect it. It's a great buy. Its thick and will make your phone wider, but it makes the 11 pro more manageable to hold since it's a smaller phone. Other things to consider about this case-Grippy exterior. Easier to hold and somewhat pleasant feeling. Has less chances of slipping out of your hand-Deeply recessed camera and screen. Less worrying about face first or back side drops-Buttons are a pita at first. However after a few days they seem to soften up...or your fingers get stronger lolOne thing to keep in mind is I had this case about a couple of years ago before but returned it (bought it at Best Buy, not amazon) since the inner shell creaked like crazy. Fast forward a couple of years and I ordered one here and it has been solid with no creaking. Quite a contrast from my previous experience.

This is the second Defender case I’ve had for an iPhone - dependable, good looking, and rugged as anything. Obvs no screen protection (as with many competing products), but as a bomb-proof chassis for your phone, it has no equal. Highly recommended.
