What can I say of course it is beautiful it’s a kohler the installation was very nice and easy but there is one touchy spot there is a very tiny set screw for the touchless to work properly and does need to be set from time to time with that being said our old one was 7 years old and once it was set up I didn’t ever calibrate it again ( by the way I changed the old one just to update our taste) still worked great when I put it in the trash

Initial review: We just installed this a few days ago, and the hands-free feature (where you wave your hand to stop the flow of water) only works roughly one out of fifty times for us. I'm kicking myself for spending the extra money on it. It's worse than useless - it's now a distraction where we keep trying to get it to work, and it ends up being a waste of time that gets us more and more frustrated. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this product. Follow-up from 8 months in: The unit is now leaking all over the counter. Stay away from this thing.

Generally excellent. Everyone quickly got used to the motion control. The brushed brass finish is excellent and cleans easily. Hose length is plenty long, has a ball joint for the sprayer, and the spray pattern is effective. I do wish the magnetic docking for the spray head was self-aligning like some competitors, but otherwise we have no complaints in day-to-day operation. With the motion control, it was more hassle than a typical faucet to install due to the extra hose (1) and wires (3) needed for the solenoid & control board. Also, it does not come with the 2 wood screws needed for mounting the solenoid housing to your cabinet, which seems a bit cheap. No regrets… at least now that the credit card bill is in the past.

First, I love the faucet. This is our third Kohler touchless faucet, and it's the only brand I will buy after using friend's and family's faucets. It looks great, and we love the touchless feature. It's a game changer in the kitchen. So imagine my disappointment when it was finally installed (entirely correctly) and then failed to work. After a lot of troubleshooting on our side, we realized that where the sensor should be on the underside of the curve in the neck of the faucet there is just a hole!! You can even see the braided hose inside (see photo). We have no idea what happened. Our friend checked her faucet's sensor and said she cannot imagine how it could fall out. She felt you'd have to pry it out with a screwdriver if you wanted it gone. Did this one get manufactured without it? We are completely baffled. I'm not sure what to do now since we've installed it and tossed the box. It's still a nice faucet, but I bought it for the touchless feature. I'm going to contact Kohler but I'm not sure if they will help since I purchased it on Amazon. So if you get one that doesn't work and you've done everything else right, check the sensor!

The color/ finish is very cheap looking, like they spray painted aluminum gold. Doesn't look or feel like real, solid brass. The touchless function was very good/ responsive/sharp, but that's the only good thing I can say about this faucet. It's too large, looks ridiculous. It was broken when we received it the upper faucet tube was separated from the base. Very difficult to use the pull down sprayer , wouldn't go back in tube after...weights not heavy enough I guess? Getting caught up in the hole because there's too many large tubes & wires. It was just awful, not worth the $ so we bought a Kraus & I love it!

So far so good with this faucet. The sensor is super intuitive and the few controls are very easy to use. The look and feel of the sink are amazing, and the ability to add pressure with the button is a real nice touch.

Sensor doesn’t work water pours out when you least expect manufacturer doesn’t have the replacement parts pay to much money for the name brand I was happier with a cheaper model

JUNK !! cheaply made , drips constantly , NOT WORTH THE MONEY !!!’ WOULD RETURN IT BUT ALREADY INSTALLED !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$!
